2026-11-04 –, Workshop 2
The "harvest now, decrypt later" (HNDL) problem is closer than it seems. Take a quick dive into PQ-safe alternatives, find out why discovery and spending are separate problems to solve. And how to verify these claims using Lean 4 and VCVio!
I'm sharing the results of my time in the EPF 7 cohort. Initially, I was planning to be assigned to a project about trustless log indexing (EIP-8304), but during the arrangements I needed to find something else to work on. I ended up drawn back to stealth addresses. Because of my previous successful experience with them, and an unsolved question that kept bothering me: why is everyone okay with DKSAP not being PQ-secure? And how do we tell people that existing protocols openly publishing transfer logs onchain according to EIP-5564 carry a serious privacy risk?
