Post-Quantum Multi-Factor Wallet Designed for Humans
2026-11-04 –, Lightning Stage

Quantum-resistant signatures alone won't make wallets secure. This talk explores how to combine post-quantum cryptography, rotating keys, and practical multi-factor security without sacrificing the simplicity people expect from a wallet.

Most wallet security still depends on a single seed phrase, while post-quantum proposals often focus on replacing signature algorithms without rethinking how people actually secure their assets.

This talk introduces Bunker Wallet, a working implementation on Ethereum Sepolia that combines rotating ECDSA keys with SPHINCS+C10 or ML-DSA-44 signatures using a Safe 2-of-2 architecture, while preserving a stable wallet address and familiar seed-based experience.

We'll examine the design tradeoffs, recovery and usability challenges, and why preparing wallets for quantum computers is also an opportunity to fix the single-factor security model we've relied on for too long.
