Join a beginner-friendly, interactive workshop exploring how Ethereum evolves through EIPs, ERCs, network upgrades, and ecosystem adoption. Through real-world examples, games, and group challenges, participants will discover how they can contribute, develop and pitch their own ideas to improve Ethereum, and compete for EIP Hub swag!
Ethereum evolves through open collaboration, but understanding how proposals become standards, protocol upgrades, and real-world implementations can be challenging.
This 60-minute interactive workshop explores four paths of Ethereum improvement: Governance & Editorial, Core Protocol & Upgrades, Application Standards, and Enterprise & Adoption. Using real proposals such as ERC-4337 and EIP-8141, participants will learn how ideas are proposed, reviewed, implemented, and adopted, and why community participation matters.
Through interactive challenges, participants will identify an Ethereum ecosystem problem, develop a potential improvement, and pitch their idea for a chance to win EIP Hub swag.
The workshop offers practical insight into Ethereum’s open standards process and helps newcomers and experienced participants discover meaningful ways to contribute.
