Presentation on our EPF-7 project on Grandine Lean client. After presentation, the audience will be aware of the work me and Sameer took on during the cohort to update Grandine lean client to the latest specs for devnet 5.
Our presentation will focus on the goals achieved, roadmap followed and challenges faced by us during the duration of cohort for this project.
Goals Achieved
Pushed the client from 47/321 test cases passing to over 260 cases (as of 9/3/2026). That includes 100% success on RPC compatibility, signature verification, gossip, request & response and state transition suites.

Challenges
We will be presenting the challenges faced during the testing, and specifically finding out about the test harness mismatch with image on hive dashboard and a few edge cases about some major test suites.
