There's a Critical Bug in x402 markets: 1200 merchants in an unfair market

x402 markets have a critical bug.
It ranks merchants on volume and buyer-diversity.
A new merchant has none of them. And it enters a cold-start problem: no volume without buyers, no buyers without volume.
